Notice on Reviewing the Course Grades and Cultivation Program of Academic Year 2019

Schools:

All schools are required to carry out the review of the graduate Course Grades and Cultivation Program in the fall semster of 2019. The specific requirements are as follows:

 

1. All schools are required to review the grades of all graduate students of year 2018 and before, to ensure that the grades and credits meet the requirements of the corresponding cultivation program. Besides, it is  required to submit the results of the review (Attachment 1 format, with the signature of the competent leader, and stamped with the official seal of the school) to Office 317 of the Graduate Building before November 11. And please mail the electronic version to grd985@bit.edu.cn. For graduate students who are unqualified, each school shall notify their supervisor and themselves, and prompt them to acquire the course credits as soon as possible.

 

2. The review of cultivation program for both graduate students with single and double certificates should be completed before October 18, 2019. All schools should strictly review the completion of the graduate cultivation program, and submit the name list approved by the school (Attachment 2 format, with the signature of the competent leader, stamped with the official seal of the school) to Office 317 of the Graduate Building before October 22. And please mail the electronic version to grd985@bit.edu.cn.

 

3. After passing the school review, the school should submit the paper version to the graduate school for record, and the graduate school will import the name list into the graduate management system. However, the graduate school will not record if the graduate student's grades and the review of the cultivation program are unqualified.

 

The inspection of graduate students’ cultivation program will be carried out by graduate school from time to time.
